After watching Sang H. Kim's Black Belt Kicking DVD, I strongly encourage all taekwondo enthusiasts to get one for themselves. you won't be disappointed with the quality of the DVD or the material presented. Kim demonstrates each of the 20 kicks he teached in slow motion, at full speed, on a heavy bag and with an opponent - making it perfect for training at home, in the gym or dojang. He also teaches some of the more advanced footwork of the Korean art including double kicks, triple kicks, and jump spinning kicks.

Sang H. Kim does an outstanding job. I found the tips and techniques in this DVD easy to follow and implement. Almost all techniques and workouts presented would benefit anyone from white through black belt. The DVD is clear and professionally done. I found the partner drill tip presented on using your chest protector folded up as a "kicking target" for those that don't have a lot of equipment very useful. I have shared the tip with several of my classmates and they are amazed they never thought of it. I would easily purchase any future DVDs in this series. Recommended AAA++++
