Master Wong : Wing Chun Biu Jee Part 2
Wing Chun is widely recognised as one of the fastest fighting styles in the world. It has a speed and directness of action that is difficult to match. Ideal for self defence , or as a starting point for a further study of Martial Arts. Wing Chun is both challenging and rewarding and can be practiced anywhere
The third and final form of the Wing Chun system, Biu Jee emphasises finger strikes to the pressure points of your opponent's body to break down and finish them. It is extremely dangerous not only to your opponent but to yourself if you don't understand it.
This DVD introduces elbow strikes, Chi Sao and close quarter drills as well as long range leg work. It also makes full use of all the energy drills along with pad work and real time sparring.
Continues directly from Part 1 with demonstration and
explanation of the Biu Jee
form and its application in the close range combat zone.
'Flying fingers' is the most advanced area of Master Wong's Wing Chun System, dealing with the power of extreme close range or 'inch power', and the more dangerous and advanced techniques of finger strikes to pressure points, long range leg work, and Chi Sao drill.
